Padoro works in partnership with Glowbo Limited, company number 17345973, registered office: May Cottage Ashfield Road, Norton, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, United Kingdom, IP31 3NF, in connection with Glowbo membership, GBID, the Glowbo Skill Index (GSI) and associated member benefits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products purchased through Padoro are sold by The Media Tree Limited and the customer's contract for those products is with The Media Tree Limited.

1. Terms & Conditions

1.1 About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Padoro website and purchases made from Padoro. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects rights that consumers have under applicable UK law.

1.2 Products

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs and prices are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting and the device used to view the website. Product availability is subject to stock and manufacturer specifications may change from time to time.

1.3 Padoro and GSI recommendations

Padoro product ratings, racket recommendations and Glowbo Skill Index (GSI) recommendations are guidance designed to help customers select suitable equipment. They are not guarantees of individual performance, playing ability or suitability and do not affect statutory consumer rights.

1.4 Prices

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). Prices will state whether VAT is included where applicable. Any delivery charge will be displayed before checkout is completed. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order already accepted.

1.5 Orders

When an order is placed, an acknowledgement may be sent confirming receipt. This does not necessarily constitute acceptance. A contract is formed when Padoro confirms acceptance of the order. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, it will be refunded.

1.6 Payment

Payment must be made using a payment method offered at checkout. Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or another payment provider displayed at checkout. Padoro does not normally receive or store complete payment-card details.

1.7 Glowbo / GBID member pricing

Eligible Glowbo members or GBID holders may receive preferential Padoro pricing or promotional discounts. Where a promotion advertises 40% off RRP, the discount is calculated against the stated recommended retail price applicable to the qualifying product at the time of the promotion.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, member discounts cannot be combined with another promotional code, have no cash value, may require membership or GBID eligibility to be verified, and may exclude selected products or brands. Padoro and/or Glowbo may amend or withdraw future member promotions. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.

1.8 Website use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation or use Padoro content unlawfully.

1.9 Intellectual property

The Padoro name, branding, original website text, graphics and other Padoro-created content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Glowbo, GBID and GSI branding and content are owned by or used with the permission of Glowbo Limited. Third-party trademarks, product names, photographs and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

1.10 Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a person purchasing as a consumer.

1.11 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers elsewhere in the UK may also benefit from mandatory rights and protections under the law applicable where they live.

2. Returns & Refund Policy

2.1 Changing your mind

For most goods bought online, UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions. To cancel, customers should notify Padoro clearly through the Contact Us form.

After notifying us of cancellation, goods should be returned within 14 days in accordance with the return instructions provided by Padoro.

2.2 Condition of returns

Customers may examine goods as they reasonably would in a shop. We may make a deduction from a refund for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

2.3 Return costs

Unless an item is faulty, incorrectly supplied, or Padoro expressly states otherwise, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods.

2.4 Refunds

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, refunds will be made in accordance with applicable UK consumer law, including the original standard delivery charge where legally required. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option are not necessarily refundable.

2.5 Faulty goods

Goods supplied to consumers must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose as required by UK consumer law. If an item is believed to be faulty, customers should contact Padoro through the Contact Us form with their order details and information about the problem.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights relating to faulty goods.

2.6 Padel rackets and sporting equipment

Sporting equipment may show signs of normal wear through use. Damage resulting from misuse, accidental impact, improper storage, unauthorised modification or normal wear and tear is not necessarily a manufacturing defect. This does not affect rights where a product is genuinely faulty or otherwise fails to comply with UK consumer law.

2.7 Exceptions

Certain goods may be excluded from the statutory change-of-mind right where permitted by law, including certain personalised or bespoke products. Any relevant exclusion will be identified where appropriate.

3. Delivery Policy

3.1 Delivery options

Available delivery services, estimated delivery times and charges will be displayed during checkout.

3.2 Dispatch

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

3.3 Delivery period

Unless a different period has been agreed, orders will be delivered within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.

3.4 Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact Padoro promptly through the Contact Us form if an address needs correcting. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.

3.5 Delays

If delivery is materially delayed, customers may have rights under UK consumer law depending on the circumstances and whether an agreed delivery date was essential.

3.6 Risk and ownership

Risk in goods passes to the consumer in accordance with applicable consumer law, normally when the goods come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them. Ownership passes once full payment has been received, subject to applicable law.

5. Padoro × Glowbo Member Benefit Terms

5.1 The programme

Padoro may make exclusive prices and benefits available to qualifying members of the Glowbo community, including customers holding an eligible GBID.

5.2 40% off RRP promotion

Where advertised, qualifying members may receive 40% off the stated RRP of eligible products. The promotion applies only to products specifically included in the offer and is subject to availability.

5.3 Eligibility

Padoro may require reasonable verification of current Glowbo membership or a valid GBID before applying or honouring a member benefit.

5.4 Exclusions

Unless a particular promotion states otherwise, member benefits may not be combined with another discount or promotional code. Selected brands, products, bundles, clearance items, delivery charges, gift cards or other categories may be excluded.

5.5 RRP

RRP means the recommended retail price identified for the relevant product. Where an RRP changes, the applicable promotional saving will be based on the RRP stated for the qualifying product when the customer places the order.

5.6 Availability and changes

Member benefits are promotional and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn for future purchases. This will not affect a qualifying order already accepted by Padoro.

5.7 Misuse

Padoro may refuse a member discount where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, unauthorised sharing of a personal membership benefit or other abuse of the promotion.

5.8 Statutory rights

Glowbo membership benefits and promotional terms do not affect statutory consumer rights.
